HOA III Registration for teams, judges and volunteers will be opening very soon! We're shooting for September 1st at the latest.

The 3rd Annual Heart Of America CrossFit Affiliate Competition
HOA III Event Date: November 4th, 5th, and 6th (Fri-Sun) 2011
HOA III Event Location: CrossFit Springfield's 12,500sq ft Training Facility in Springfield, MO
Event Details & Highlights:
50+ Teams (RX and Scaled Divisions). Teams comprised of 6 members (3 Men & 3 Women)
All team members must actively train at the same affiliate
Affiliates may register as many teams as they wish- first come, first serve basis
This year, we'd like for voluteers and judges to pre-register as well and give us their tshirt sizes. Anyone interested in volunteering or judging at HOA 3 may register at www.crossfit-springfield.com.
