Great Judges & Volunteers? Count On It.

Anyone who has participated at the Regionals or Games events as an athlete, judge, volunteer, administrator, media, vendor, or spectator, knows first-hand the tremendous amount of logistics and manpower associated with putting on competitions of their size and scope. Although The Heart of America Competition is but a fraction of the scale of The CrossFit Games, our desire is no less great to manufacture a properly planned, highly organized, and well-oiled machine. Each year, this is completely made possible by the selfless efforts of those who Judge and Volunteer their time and energy at HOA.

We've already had so many who have signed up to help this year at HOA5 and we are extremely thankful for you! However, we still have a great need for skilled/Level 1 certified/experienced judges and committed volunteers.

**There will be 2 HOA5 judges clinics held in Springfield, MO at CrossFit Springfield prior to the event. Times and dates are still TBD but will be announced soon. Attendance of at least 1 judges clinic is mandatory. If there are a large number of judges who sign up from the St. Louis area, we'll plan at least one weekend judges clinic there as well.**

HOA's goal is to constantly work towards improving the process and experience for our Judges & Volunteers. We hope to have enough Judges and Volunteers to be able to work on a rotating schedule so you also have time to watch the event with your friends and family.We know there are many who may only be able to help out for a limited duration on the weekend of the event. Keeping this in mind - once you've registered - we'll contact you and you'll be scheduled for the weekend of November 8th, 9th, and 10th based on your availability.

As always, we'll make sure you're adequately caffeinated and well fed, plus you'll receive free a super sweet HOA5 event shirt designed by RokFit.

As an added incentive this year, several vendors have already agreed to discounting HOA5 Judges & Volunteers NO LESS THAN 20% and UP TO 40% OFF of any purchases you make throughout the weekend.

Whether it's assisting with athlete check-in, resetting heats, or doling out necessary "no-reps", every single bit of help we receive makes a HUGE difference and positively impacts our ability to put on a great competition!
