We’d be honored for you to participate in the 3rd Annual Heart of America CrossFit Team Challenge hosted by CrossFit Springfield and CrossFit Valley Park of St. Louis. This year, HOA III will be held at CrossFit Springfield's 12,500 sq ft training facility on NOVEMBER 4th, 5th, & 6th (1900 W. Sunset in the Kansas Plaza behind Jump Mania).
The Reebok CrossFit Games has become a sought after competition that occurs in the spring/summer. In the last two years of it’s existence, HOA has proven itself to be an excellent opportunity to expose yourself to the heat of CrossFit competition and to push yourself the extra degree!

Friday, November 4th 2011
12pm-6pm: Team, Judge, and Volunteer Check-In
6pm: Welcome and WOD 1 Briefing/Q & A
7pm: National Anthem & WOD 1 (WOD 2 Announcement and Briefing immediately following). WOD 1 heat placement based on your teams registration date (earlier registration = later heat placement).
8pm: All Saturday events and WOD 2 heat times will be posted online.
Saturday, November 5th 2011
7am: Volunteers and Judges Arrival Deadline. Athletes should arrive 1 hr before their scheduled heat time.
8am-5pm: 3 or 4 Events with a 1hr break for lunch (TBD)
7pm: Final WOD and final WOD heat times will be posted online
Sunday, November 6th 2011
7am: Final WOD Briefing
8am-11am: Final WOD
11am-12pm: Awards Ceremony
