This year will be the 3rd installment of the HOA affiliate team competition which has grown in it's size and scope: HOA 2009 had 15 teams participating in Springfield, MO at CrossFit Springfield. CrossFit Valley Park won the meet, taking home 1st place honors at the inaugural event. HOA 2010 had double the team participation with over 30 teams battling it out in St. Louis, MO at CrossFit Ice. Quad City CrossFit took home the championship for HOA 2010 and will seek to defend their title this November 4th,5th, and 6th as the event returns to Springfield, MO at CrossFit Springfield.
HOA 2011 promises to be even bigger and better than years past! First off, teams will be able to participate as scaled or RX. Because of growth of this event, this year we will be expanding the total number of participating teams to 50. The registration cap for RX teams will be held to around 30 and the cap for scaled teams will be kept to 20.
As an added incentive to perform well, there will be cash prizes and equipment giveaways for this year's top finishing teams!

This November, The 2011 Heart Of America CrossFit Affiliate Competition will be the perfect opportunity for YOUR affiliate team to represent, train, and compete together in the off-season in an effort to stay sharp for next year's CrossFit Games season!
